Terms

Not a medical or emergency service

Corasom is for everyday reassurance — it is not a medical device and not an emergency service, and must not be relied upon as one. It does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. In an emergency, always call your local emergency number directly.

Who you’re contracting with

These terms are an agreement between you and Corasom Ltd (“Corasom”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17421070, whose registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

Your account & consent

Connections in Corasom require the consent of both people. The person being cared for can pause sharing at any time, and the family cannot override that choice.

Plans & billing

Corasom offers a Free plan and a Family plan. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. You can cancel anytime and keep Family features until the end of your billing period. Your first Family payment is refunded in full, without conditions, if you ask within 14 days; renewals are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise. We give at least 30 days’ notice of any price change. Refunds & cancellation

Your loved one is always free

The account of the person being cared for is included with every plan, free forever. They are never shown a price and never asked to pay.

AI features

Corasom’s assistants are informational only. They are grounded in your activity data, never provide medical advice, and will steer urgent situations toward real emergency services.

Acceptable use

Use Corasom only to support someone with their knowledge and consent. Don’t misuse the service or attempt to access data that isn’t yours.

Your data on termination

Cancelling a plan never deletes your information; Family-only features are locked until you upgrade again. Deleting your account from Settings erases your account and data straight away. If your account is closed another way, such as through our sign-in provider, we erase it.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms and will note the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
