Refunds & cancellation
Last updated: 14 September 2026
Who sells to you
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: your purchase is with Paddle, which takes the payment, handles VAT and sends your receipts. The Corasom service itself is provided by Corasom Ltd, registered in England & Wales under company number 17421070, whose registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
Refund window
You can get a full refund of your first Family plan payment, monthly or annual, if you ask within 14 days of buying it. There are no conditions. A refund ends your subscription and moves your account to the Free plan straight away. Renewal payments are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise; if an annual plan renewed when you didn’t mean it to, contact us within 14 days of the renewal. None of this affects your statutory rights.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, use the link in your Paddle receipt, or visit paddle.net. Refunds go back to the original payment method: card refunds usually take 3–5 working days to arrive, and PayPal refunds about 48 hours.
How to cancel
In the Corasom app, go to Settings → Corasom Family → Manage subscription, then cancel in the billing portal. You can also cancel at paddle.net, or email [email protected] and we’ll do it for you. You can cancel at any time and there is no exit fee.
What happens when you cancel
You keep every Family feature until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then your account moves to Free automatically. We don’t refund part of a billing period. If other caregivers in your care circle were using your Family plan, they move to Free at the same time.
What happens to your data when you cancel
Nothing is deleted. On Free you can see the last 7 days of activity history; older history is kept, not deleted. Everyone in your care circle stays connected, though you can’t add people to look after beyond the Free limit of 2. Family-only information (the care board and family messages, reports, assistant chats, and journal entries shared only with the family) is locked, not deleted, and is there again when you upgrade.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account from Settings permanently erases your account and data straight away, and cancels any subscription immediately. It can’t be undone. If your account is closed another way, such as through our sign-in provider, we erase it.
The person you care for
Their account is always free, on every plan. They are never charged, never shown a price and never asked for a card.
